386 previously unopened ballots found in Milwaukee during recount
During the recount in Wisconsin, 386 unopened envelopes containing ballots were found in the city of Milwaukee.
The county board of canvassers voted in favor of opening and counting those ballots.
Biden won the election in Wisconsin by upwards of 20,000 votes, and in Milwaukee by nearly 200,000 votes.
ABC News has reached out to the Milwaukee County and Milwaukee City election officials for comment.
