Vance makes case for redistricting to Indiana Republicans
Vice President JD Vance visited Indianapolis on Thursday, alongside several White House officials, as he made the pitch to Republican lawmakers to redraw the state's congressional map.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff James Blair, White House Counsel Dave Warrington and Office of Intergovernmental Affairs Director Alex Meyer took personal days to join Vance in making the case to lawmakers in Indiana, a source familiar confirmed to ABC News.
The source said that the vice president made a strong case for supporting redistricting while fielding questions from Indiana lawmakers.
The visit comes amid a showdown in Texas over redistricting, where Democrats have fled the state in an attempt to stymie a GOP effort to redraw congressional maps.
