NYC Mayor Mamdani, President Trump to meet Monday, mayor's office says
The meeting will happen at Gracie Mansion, the official mayor's residence.
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani will meet with President Donald Trump at New York's Gracie Mansion on Monday, Sept. 21, the mayor's office announced Sunday.
"The meeting will focus on issues affecting New York City and New Yorkers," according to the announcement.
No further details were immediately provided.
Trump and Mamdani have met twice before. The first meeting was in November of last year at the White House, when Mamdani was mayor elect, and the second was in February, also at the White House.
The White House had no immediate public comment on the meeting.
President Trump was already scheduled to be in New York City Monday to address the United Nations General Assembly.
